Montgomery Sol is situated on the seafront between Jávea Port and the Arenal. To the right, within about 600 metres, is Javea’s lovely, family sandy beach and many resort amenities, while literally just across the road the natural rocky sea frontage is a less crowded place to sunbathe and swim, and is great for pottering about in the rock pools, snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. Gates lead from the seafront into the attractive hedged and private communal area consisting of swimming pool, lawns, flowering shrubs and palm trees.
On the second floor, the apartment itself is comfortable, sunny and well laid-out. Especially appealing is the large, light, airy lounge/dining room, and the spacious, south-facing balcony, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, with its open views.

There are supermarkets within walking distance of Montgomery Sol, and a 15 minute walk will take one to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants of Javea port. About 3 km away is the historic town of Javea, and there are several golf courses within a 25 minute radius. |
