Deze prachtige traditionele Spaanse villa ligt naast de berg Montgo in de wijk Castellans in Javea. De grote, open ontvangstruimte heeft een zeer comfortabele zithoek naast een open haard. Er is een glazen naya, met uitzicht op het zwembad, met zitplaatsen om te ontspannen, televisie te kijken of misschien te kaarten. Aan de rechterkant van deze prachtige entree leiden twee treden naar de eethoek en een deur naar de ruime keuken. De inrichting weerspiegelt de liefde van de eigenaren voor kunst en reizen.
Een gang vanaf de voordeur leidt naar een tweepersoonskamer met tweepersoonsbed en een kamer met twee aparte bedden en een eigen badkamer. De ouderslaapkamer en en-suite badkamer zijn bereikbaar vanuit de woonkamer of de naya. Een andere doucheruimte ligt aan een kant van de hoofdingang.
Deuren vanuit de eethoek en deuren vanuit de naya openen naar het zwembadterras met veranda's boven een zit- en een eethoek. Er is ook veel ruimte om te zonnebaden op dit afgelegen terras dat uitkijkt over de grote, aantrekkelijke tuinen en een prachtig uitzicht heeft over de Javea-vallei en naar de Montgo aan de andere kant.
Deze villa ligt net boven het historische oude centrum van Javea met zijn winkels, bars, restaurants en wekelijkse markt. De haven, jachthaven en het strand van El Arenal liggen op 10 tot 15 minuten rijden.
JH Tip: Villa Levante ligt tegenover La Golondrina en op slechts 100 meter van Casa Alba. Als je met je gezin komt, kan het een goede optie zijn om er twee of allemaal te boeken!

This was one of the best villas we’ve stayed in. Javea Holidays continue to be the best Villa company we’ve booked with & provide excellent villas as well as first class communication before and during your stay. The whatsapp messaging facility whilst in Javea is so helpful and their offices are beautiful and local bringing reassurance. Villa Levante is so clean, it has the rare benefit of 3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms so everyone has their own, & the pool area is so close to the Villa / the outdoor covered seating area means you can all be close to each other whether you enjoy sun / shade or even being inside in the (very effective) air con without all being too spread out. Excellent for families with children for this reason too. The air con is as I say really efficient, only needs to be on a short while to cool everything right down.
The views are beautiful peeking through the mature gardens / trees. The pool was spotless. All the furniture / furnishings and Villa as a whole very clean. Excellent large kitchen and every amenity you’d want. It’s in a peaceful location and not overlooked in any way. They even provided lots of mosquito repellent sprays and coils which was thoughtful. We were so impressed and had the best holiday here. We will definitely return to this villa. Javea itself continues to be lovely and the beach and shops / Pharmacies / supermarkets and sea front restaurants are absolutely amazing. We’ve been coming for over a decade and never leave disappointed! |

Perhaps a note for those booking with younger children re the swimming pool - there’s no shallow end which proved tricky for our son who couldn’t stand / swim and we had to go and get quite a lot of floatation aids to keep him safe.

Also the 3rd step down into the pool is a sudden / deeper step than the others. Whilst we laughed about it we did “fall down” the step and into the pool lots of times as a result! Not a complaint but worth noting. |

The only down side was the amount of bugs but that can’t be helped, I would recommend plenty of bug spray and mosquito plugs.
Jávea holidays were easy to deal with very friendly though they could be more responsive.
