Description
Centrally located, within a 10-minute stroll to the Arenal sandy beach, with water sports, restaurants, and bars. Altamar Plus is set within a private complex with well-kept gardens and a good size communal pool. Inside the property the bright, spacious rooms are all on one level. The large lounge/diner offers comfortable seating and views to the outdoor terrace and the pool beyond. The kitchen is small but perfectly formed, with handy access to the front terrace and open-air laundry area. The bathrooms are modern, light and both fitted with overhead walk-in showers, so no holiday arguments over who gets to shower first! The bedrooms have air conditioning, comfy beds, and plenty of storage space. The main bedroom with king size bed has direct access onto the pool side terrace; the perfect spot to take breakfast while the kids (big and small) take their first dip of the day.
