Description
Inside the apartment, the light filled rooms are minimally decorated with modern wall art and quality furniture. An American style kitchen with breakfast bench and all the mod-cons, sits at the end of the open plan lounge diner. Hugging the full length of this space is the fabulous outdoor covered balcony, complete with ‘al-fresco’ dining and chill-out spaces, plus distant sea views.
The three bedrooms are kitted out with comfortable beds, pretty light fittings, and storage via built in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and handy vanity units, great for storing all of your holiday creams and lotions. Ducted air-conditioning can be set at your preferred temperature throughout the apartment, making this a great choice of holiday home at any time of the year. The apartment also benefits from two private underground parking spaces, accessible to the apartment via elevator or internal stairs. The complex is within a 5-minute stroll to the nearest Supermarket, making pitstops for more ice-cream a no fuss affair!

The location of the apartment couldn't be better. To the rear is a 2 minute walk to masymas and to the front is a 5 minute walk to the beach. We love the Arenal anyway and have now found the perfect place to stay with no need for a car. Infact we losee more

It’s a beautiful apartment and has all the mod cons you could wish for. It’s less than 5 minute walk to the most stunning beach and promenade with all the restaurants and shops. You can even see the sea from your balcony. We loved staying here so much that we are already planning our next trip soon.

La Avoceta is a bright, sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, within a 10-minute walk to the Arenal Beach front and a 15-to-20-minute stroll from the quaint shops, restaurants and cafes of Javea Port. Set within a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree lined Avenue, guests of the apartment have use of the communal swimming pool and gardens. Plus, a handy underground parking space, large enough for two standard size vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys. Inside the apartment, guests are greeted with bright, white-washed walls, sunny artwork and pretty decorative touches in rattan and beachy tones. The spacious lounge-diner and galley kitchen look out onto a large, covered balcony, complete with outdoor dining table and comfy seating. The stylish bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobes, and quality beds with padded headboards. Hot/Cold air-conditioning is proportioned throughout the property via a ducted air-vent system, making this a comfortable place to stay through-out the year.
