From the living room and terrace there are sea glimpses with a rocky sea frontage only 50 metres from the apartments. Steps set into the rock give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving. Within a few minutes walking distance of the apartment is the picturesque rocky cove, La Caleta, with an excellent beach bar and restaurant (open April to October). The distance to the Arenal sandy beach is 600 metres and the Port and historic old town are about 3 km away. There are two supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The Costa Blanca has many excellent golf course - the nearest just 10mins away. La Avoceta is a bright, sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, within a 10-minute walk to the Arenal Beach front and a 15-to-20-minute stroll from the quaint shops, restaurants and cafes of Javea Port. Set within a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree lined Avenue, guests of the apartment have use of the communal swimming pool and gardens. Plus, a handy underground parking space, large enough for two standard size vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys. Inside the apartment, guests are greeted with bright, white-washed walls, sunny artwork and pretty decorative touches in rattan and beachy tones. The spacious lounge-diner and galley kitchen look out onto a large, covered balcony, complete with outdoor dining table and comfy seating.
