Description
Floridamar has been tastefully designed with wide walkways, a large communal pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a jacuzzi, all bordered by a sizeable green lawn surrounded by flowering shrubs and trees, providing shade and a relaxing ambience.
As soon as you enter the apartment a sensation of space is apparent. The hallway, the length of the apartment, leads to a spacious kitchen and utility room, three roomy air-conditioned bedrooms - one en-suite, a large lounge with dining area and covered terrace.
The historic old town is also nearby and the popular Arenal sandy beach, with all its attractions, is five minutes away by car, or a 15-20 minute walk. Two good golf courses are within a fifteen minute radius.
JH Tip: Floridamar is located in the same complex as Floridamar Mimosa, and super close to Jardines del Rio. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

We stayed during January and February in the apartment and found it extremely comfortable, well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Home from home! It was only a few minutes walk to the port area and having use of the gym and pool insee more

It was only a few minutes walk to the port area and having use of the gym and pool in the complex was an added bonus. Javea Holidays were brilliant to deal with - friendly staff, great communication and a professional service.

I suppose the only thing I would say is that, as the balcony was enclosed , we found the lounge/dining area quite dark as not much natural light was coming through the patio doors. But I could see that, in the heat of the summer, this would be a benesee more

But I could see that, in the heat of the summer, this would be a benefit as it would keep the room cool. The garage parking space wasn’t easy to park in but I think this is the case in most underground garages in Spain!

The location is excellent- near to shops, supermarkets- the port and the old town and a lovely sea front walk to the Arenal. The gardens and swimming pool are excellent and well looked after also with trees providing shade.

The beds would benefit from mattress toppers making them more comfortable and a couple of decent garden chairs to take down by the pool! Otherwise you have everything you need.

We stayed in this lovely apartment on the occasion of the 40th Anniversary of our first visit to Javea in October 1983. In the intervening period we have stayed in a countless number of apartments and this one is right up there with the very best. It was beautifully prepared for our stay and is in a great location in the Javea Port area, with lots of bars, restaurants, the Grava Beach all just a short walk away. The apartment is very well equipped and the kitchen has all of the utensils and facilities needed to cook as you would at home, if you wanted to do so. Matt and the team at Javea Holidays provide a very efficient management service where communication via both email and WhatsApp makes contact very straight forward. We are very happy to strongly recommend Javea Holidays and the Floridamar apartment to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday based in the port area of Javea.

We recently spent 2 very enjoyable weeks at Floridamar the apartment was light and airy, with lovely views over the complex’s well maintained pool and garden areas from the kitchen and both twin bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and had all been made up with fresh, white bed linen. The apartment overall was spotlessly clean and well equipped with crockery, glasswear etc..
The balcony at the apartment is quite small but was perfect for sitting out each morning for breakfast and, on a few occasions, lunch. There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (5-10 mins) of the apartment. The complex itself is located in a quiet area of Javea Port and we enjoyed peaceful nights throughout our stay. We found everyone at Javea Holidays extremely professional and helpful a minor problem experienced during our stay, once reported, was resolved the same day. We have already booked another of holiday with Javea Holidays for 2024! |

As the pool area doesn’t have sun beds perhaps the apartment could provide some? There were 2 beach chairs in the apartment which we did use but in a six person accommodation perhaps more could be provided? Other than that the amenities were excellensee more

La Avoceta is a bright, sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, within a 10-minute walk to the Arenal Beach front and a 15-to-20-minute stroll from the quaint shops, restaurants and cafes of Javea Port. Set within a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree lined Avenue, guests of the apartment have use of the communal swimming pool and gardens.
