Located in the highly sought after Montañar I area in Javea, Isleta Marina apartment ticks all the boxes for a magical, beachy getaway. This beautiful, bright and breezy two storey apartment is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the buzz of the Arenal beach front and Javea Port, meaning that all of Javea’s best boutiques, restaurants and beach bars are just a hop, skip and a short walk or car ride away.
An oasis of sun-soaked gardens and a sparkling communal pool with dedicated kiddies pool on one side sit central to the Isleta Marina complex. Inside the apartment the open plan lounge-diner leads out to a sunny balcony overlooking the gardens below. On the same floor are the kitchen, two large bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with handy walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is reached via internal staircase. It’s large centrally located bed and double height ceiling give the space a lofty feel, while the en-suite shower room and small but perfectly formed walk-in wardrobe make you feel like you’ve just stepped into your own boutique hotel suite. The real stars of the show are the two outdoor balconies, one with sunbeds that overlooks the internal gardens and pool and the other with outdoor seating and spectacular views towards Javea’s Montgo mountain.

Lovely little apartment in a beautiful location with a lovely pool. Easy to get access to a supermarket that is just across the road and then it’s a flat walk to either the beach or port.

The apartment doesn’t have a lift and Is on the top floor which was a bit of a pain with regards to suit cases. We also found that when leaving the apartment in the dark we couldn’t turn the stair well lights on from our floor, only on the ground flosee more

La única cosa que hemos echado en falta era una luz en la terraza para poder cenar alli,ya que no hay. Y tb una tele en la planta de arriba.
