Description
This lovely two storey, two bed apartment is beautifully decorated with white and beach wood furniture, rattan lamps and accessories, and with pastel colour soft furnishings that make you think of the sea the minute that you step through the front door.
An oasis of sun-soaked gardens and a sparkling communal pool with dedicated kiddies pool on one side sit central to the Isleta Marina complex. Inside the apartment the spacious dining area leads out to a sunny balcony overlooking the gardens below. Complete with suspended chill-out chair and covered dining table, this is a lovely spot to read a book or take lunch outdoors. On the same floor are the kitchen, two large bedrooms a modern family bathroom, and an independent washroom with a second WC.
The spacious lounge is on the second floor and reached via an internal staircase. Comfy sofas, books and artwork make this a lovely space to decamp to. The real stars of the show however are the two outdoor balconies, one with sunbeds and a small dining table with views towards Javea’s Montgo mountain, and the other with outdoor seating and views of the internal gardens and, in the distance, the sea!
The apartment also comes with a handy underground private parking space, ideal for keeping the car cool in the Summer months, or for storing the bikes.
JH loves – the three fabulous balconies, the property’s easy location; close to shops, supermarkets and the beach, and the gorgeous interior decoration….this apartment is not to be missed!
JH Tip: Isleta Marina Oasis is located in the same complex as Isleta Marina and only 100 mts from Flor de Mar. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

When we picked up the keys it would have been helpful if the young lady knew where the apartment was as we had initial difficulty in finding it and the entrance.

El Colibri is a stylish, two-bedroom apartment on the first floor of the Altamar III complex. Close to the Arenal beach and neighbouring marina, this is the perfect holiday home for guests who are looking to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The Altamar III complex offers a lovely pool and garden area, with lots of tall palm trees and tropical planting. A private underground parking space comes with the apartment rental, making coming and going by car a breeze. Inside the apartment, the brightly decorated lounge-diner with adjoining covered balcony offers indoor or open air dining, and comfy seating in-front of the Smart TV.
