Description
A sea themed palette of aqua greens and blues gives La Sirena a cool, underwater type feel that makes you feel relaxed the minute you enter the front door. Leading off of the entrance hall, the large lounge/diner offer guests a spacious hub to relax and unwind in. Glass sliding doors from the lounge open out onto the outdoor terrace, which wraps around two sides of the apartment. A convenient gate leads from the terrace towards the pool and gardens, making an early morning swim an easy affair.
Back inside, the bedrooms are light and decorated with pretty artwork. Both rooms have sliding doors, which open onto the outdoor terrace, heaps of storage via the in-built wardrobes and air-conditioning units for those sticky Summer nights. A fully equipped kitchen with laundry room, and two bathrooms complete the apartment and offer guests lots of shared and private space to move around in.
JH loves the handy location, close to supermarkets and the Arenal, and the pretty artwork on the walls of the apartment.
JH Tip: La Sirena is located in the same complex as Golden Beach and El Patio - Golden Beach. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

Throughout the two months that you were with us, we did not receive any communication regarding these matters. We would have been happy to assist if we had known sooner. We understand that the apartment may not receive much sunlight during the winter months, but the air conditioning units, which can be used for heating, were available for your comfort. As for your comments about the accommodation being basic, we are genuinely surprised, as we take great care to ensure the property is well-maintained and equipped with everything our guests need for a comfortable stay. The outside space is great, and shower was fixed promptly on the day we arrived.
The main bedroom was lovely and good that there was aircon throughout. The gate to the pool was really handy and the chairs really useful for the pool.

The shower in the bath could do with updating too. The sheets on the twin beds didn’t seem to fit and so kept coming off so maybe need updating. The lid on the kitchen bin was missing.

For winter rents suggest some floor coverings for bedroom and lounge. Security on Patio doors could be improved. Non-slip mat for showering in bath. Either higher tog rating duvets for winter months or additional blankets. Suggest someone checks outsee more

Golden Beach is a lovely, bright two bedroom apartment located just a few hundred meters from the popular Arenal beach of Javea. With its south facing aspect, the large balcony receives the best of the sun throughout the day, whilst offering its guests the option to retreat inside to the cool air-conditioned living spaces.
