Description
Located on the ground floor of Jardines del Sol I, the apartment has direct access via a small patio to the communal pool and gardens; resplendent with mature olive trees, pretty planting and grassy lawn. Up a few steps from the open air patio, a lovely, covered terrace area with dining table and chairs looks out over the gardens and pool, offering a shady spot away from the midday sun.
Inside, the ample lounge-diner, decorated in neutral, beachy tones, has a comfy sofa-bed (for one), dining area and an open plan kitchen. The bedroom, with its elegant silver framed double bed and peach toned walls, is simple yet inviting. The adjacent bathroom has a good-size walk-in shower and handy storage shelves for all of your holiday potions and lotions.
Within strolling distance of some of the best shops and eateries in town, and within a 5-minute walk to La Grava Pebbly beach, this is a dump your luggage and relax kind of holiday home that makes you feel immersed in Mediterranean Port living.
JH loves – The fact that you can throw on a sarong and a pair of flipflops, and simply stroll to the beachfront for an early morning dip. Olive Beach is easy, breezy holiday living at its best!
JH Tip: Olive Beach is located in the same complex as Los Olivos and only 150 mts from Jardines del Sol. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
