Within a 10 minute walk to the Arenal beach along quiet flat pavements, and a 5 minute stroll to the rocky coves of Cala Blanca and the Montañar II seafront, the location couldn't be better.
Guests of Casa Maya will also have access to one of the best swimming pool complex´s in Jávea, complete with waterslides, kids pool and a seasonal lifeguard. Alongside the swimming pool area is a small games room and café that is also open during the summer months.
Less than 50 meters from the complex is the bus stop with a half hourly service that connects you to everything Jávea has to offer.

También un poco rollo las normas de la piscina, no puede haber menores de edad solos en la piscina, aunque tengan 16 o 17 años.... ponen muchas pegas si los hijos van con amigos... pero sobre esto no se puede hacer nada porque son normas de la comunidad de propietarios.

Needs upgrading, too much furniture which makes the villa very dark and depressing. Heating not sufficient in living room for winter the log fire does not throw out enough heat, even with the radiators on it was not warm.

La piscine communautaire est très belle sous forme de petit jardin tropical. A recommander sans hésiter.
