Description
As the name suggest ‘Balcón de Javea’ sits high above Javea, close to the Montgo mountain, offering guests spectacular panoramic views of Javea’s coastline and rolling countryside.
Sleeping up to eight guests, the villa has a modern-Mediterranean style with white washed walls, minimalist interior design and oodles of natural light. The main entrance (on the first floor) greets guests with a jaw dropping aerial view of the lounge from a railed mezzanine level. On the same floor sit three of the villas bedrooms, each with its own stylish en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and direct access to the first floor balcony with its sea to sky views.
Winding down the stairs to the ground floor, the central lounge is an impressive, light filled space with wide sweeping views across the outdoor terraces and beyond. To the right a smaller ‘snug’ room houses the TV and board games, and to the right of this a hallway leads to a washroom and to the fourth bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and view of the small but very impressive internal courtyard.
On the other side of the central lounge, the open plan kitchen is slick, spacious, and kitted out with all the high-end installations you would expect to find inside a villa of this calibre. Outside the gas barbecue and large 'al-fresco' dining table are the perfect combination for wine-paired evenings with an in-villa dinner for family and friends.
Saving the best to last! A partially covered terrace runs the full width of the house, offering a covered sofa area and spectacular views of Javea. Below this level the large pool seems to stretch into the horizon, calling for long, leisurely days spent in the sunshine.
With air conditioning and underfloor heating, Fibre internet, International TV channels and a Bluetooth sound system, you don't have to move an inch...if you don't want to!

Good to know! Pool heating is available as an optional extra during the cooler months. The cost to heat the pool is charged over and above the booking price and is subject to the length of your stay.
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

When we collected the keys from the agency the people were very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at the villa we were speechless. Great accommodation, unique views, very clean, immaculate facilities. We would come back and book through Javea Holidays in a heartbeat. 10/10 - we had an unforgettable stay in Javea.
