Casa Alba is a beautiful example of a traditional Spanish house, with an abundance of character and gorgeous far flung views over the Jávea countryside and hills beyond. Nestled at the base of the Montgo mountain, the property sits on an ample plot surrounded by grassy lawns, winding garden paths and mature fruit trees.
Throughout this grand residence, you will find a dramatic entrance hall with a two storey high sweeping staircase, a large lounge-diner with built-in fire place, a sunny coloured kitchen with covered outdoor utility space, three good-sized bathrooms (one being the master en-suite), two bedrooms with direct access to outdoors and a large top floor master bedroom with double doors onto a private balcony. The lower floor boasts a quirky entertainment area for small and big kids alike, with a pool table, full-size ping-pong table and table football.
The L-shaped covered Naya is the family friendly heart of the property, dotted with pretty potted plants and wall mounted ceramics, access from the lounge, hallway and ground floor bedrooms make this an interconnecting ‘happening’ space that welcomes first time visitors with its honey hued tosca arches and high beamed ceilings.
The gardens, lawned pool area and outdoor pool casita with built-in barbeque make the transition from indoor to outdoor living a breeze. Imagine sitting of an evening below the covered casita, sipping a cool drink while looking over the flowering gardens and back at the house and mountain beyond. Heaven!
