Conveniently laid out over one floor and offering three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property is perfect for families or for groups of friends looking for a peaceful retreat.
The large, open plan lounge/diner offers cosy seating and dining with views of the pool and lawned garden. Step outside the lounge to the large, covered terrace; the perfect place to dine al fresco or to watch the sunset with a cool aperitif in hand.
Within a 10-minute drive to the sandy Arenal beach and only 5km from Javea’s 9-hole golf course, the location could not be better.
JH -loves -the gorgeous pool area and grounds, plus the spacious interior layout.
**Please note: There is 'light to moderate' building work taking place in the adjacent plots of land. It may cause some disturbance on occasions. The expected end date for works is unknown.**
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.

We loved this villa. We stayed for 5 weeks over the winter and wished we could have stayed longer. It is very well equipped for a long or short stay at any time of the year. We were lucky to have lovely weather and enjoyed a couple of bbq’s and aftersee more
We loved this villa. We stayed for 5 weeks over the winter and wished we could have stayed longer. It is very well equipped for a long or short stay at any time of the year. We were lucky to have lovely weather and enjoyed a couple of bbq’s and afternoons relaxing by the pool. There was some construction next door, which we’d been informed about before booking but we hardly noticed it. The Villa is a little bit out of town, so you do need a car to get in but there are a couple of restaurants within a 20mins walk or so.
The team at Javea Holidays were excellent. Everyone we spoke to was extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you to Matt, Jamie and your team for a really enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning again next year! Especially after returning to the snow back home!! |
