We can not fault them at all, and for this they would be our first choice re-booking in the future as proven to make customer satisfaction their top priority - trust and confidence is everything.
The villa itself did have some issues which unfortunately couldn't be resolved in the time we were there. Aircon needs a thorough and proper service (2 units not effective, and inc. these two very very noisy and filters thick with dust etc). Hot water tended to run out mid-showering in the evening (I suspect merely a timer issue when it started to replenish was too late in the day) with no boost / override available. I would say the bathroom situation is probably inadequate for 12 guests. 1 en-suite which really limits it to two people, then one main shower room, and a very tiny shower at the end. With low ish water pressure (2 showers at a time max) getting 12 people ready would be a challenge. We were only 9 and it was a push. Otherwise the kitchen very modern and lovely, outdoor space was really fantastic with a very good large gas BBQ, and lots of space. For us the pool was a little small for the number of people but adequate. I have put average for value due to the bathroom capacity and aircon issue. But, we did have a lovely few weeks and it was a very spacious villa to relax in with a lot of outside areas. |
