Description
Inside, the contemporary kitchen flows nicely into a large open plan lounge/diner, where the comfortable sofa area and pretty fireplace are the heart of the house. Off the lounge, the lovely, glazed Naya offers guests' an alternative dining space with views of the pool and gardens. The perfect space to take breakfast in or to sit reading a holiday novella while the kids splash about in the pool.
The spacious master bedroom benefits from a wall mounted hot/cold air conditioning unit and has its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have contemporary ceiling fans and share a family bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
Outside, lush planting and mature trees surround the house, giving shade and privacy. To one side sits a large patio and the gated swimming pool, perfect for parents with young children in tow. At the end of the patio sits the free standing gas BBQ and a fabulous covered dining area, perfect for dining or playing board games in the shade.
The warm waters and pristine Arenal beach are under 5km away, making a trip to the beach an easy-breezy affair. Rocky beaches more your style? Calas Granadella and Portixol are under a 10-minute drive away and are equally famous for their beautiful scenery and relaxed beachside bars.
JH Tip – Arrive to Granadella or Portixol before 9am in high summer to avoid the crowds and be sure to book a table for lunch before hitting the beach.
JH Tip: Casa Mitra is located just opposite Casa Serena, and only 300 mts from Casa Azucena. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
2/ Winter reservations between 01 November and 31 March, longer than 31 nights in duration receive a special discounted rate and DO NOT include utility bills such as electric and water or weekly linen changes. Utility usage is payable on departure.
