Casa Sunshine is a uber spacious holiday home, perfect for large families and friends who are looking for a tranquil spot to have fun and unwind.
Situated in the secluded and sought after area of Cabo de la Nao, not far from the lighthouse or the famous coves of Granadella and Portichol, the location is accessible to all the main attractions in Jávea, whilst providing guests with the freedom and privacy of a large, private residence.
Divided into two self-contained living areas. The main house has two floors, on the ground floor is a spacious lounge with comfy seating, Smart TV, and direct access to outdoor pool terrace. An open-plan kitchen/diner, and two bedrooms with shared shower room. Upstairs the master bedroom has a large en-suite shower and open-air balcony with chill-out chairs and stunning woodland views. The bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are equipped with wall-mounted air-conditioning units.
Outside and down a short flight of stairs, the second part of the house consists of a central lounge, two large bedrooms, a shared shower room and an open plan corner kitchen-come-diner. One large air-conditioning unit in the lounge efficiently cools the rooms in this space. Fancy breakfast ‘al-fresco’? Grab your coffee and a croissant and head over to the covered gazebo, which sits at the edge of the garden, enjoying woodland views and sounds of the local birdlife.
Back upstairs, the pool terrace and covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, and BBQ is the perfect place for all the family to come together.

There is no better place to see in the New Year than at The Sunshine House. With temperatures at 22 degrees during the day, bright sunshine and blue skies, it was the perfect way to start 2023. Our kids loved the annual charity swim in the sea on Newsee more
There is no better place to see in the New Year than at The Sunshine House. With temperatures at 22 degrees during the day, bright sunshine and blue skies, it was the perfect way to start 2023. Our kids loved the annual charity swim in the sea on New Year’s day when almost the whole of Javea meets up in fancy dress to run into the icy waters. Lunch with a bottle of chilled white wine at La Siesta afterwards topped off the day. After the rush of Christmas, just chilling at The Sunshine House, looking out onto the amazing view in the silence is the perfect tonic, and the owners are always upgrading the property (not that it needs it!) so there’s always something new to be impressed with each time you go. Many thanks and Happy New Year!

Auch die liebevolle Aussenanlage mit den grossen Palmen und Steingärten sind wunderschön.
